Vision/Mission Statement

Named after Late Mr Deep Chand Bandhu, Ex-MLA of Wazirpur constituency, this hospital located in Ashok Vihar Phase IV, New Delhi 110052 is a 200 bedded state owned hospital in North West Delhi. This hospital has made enormous strides in the pursuance of its vision and mission since its inception and various new services have been added or upgraded for providing quality healthcare services to all patients as per policy of the government of NCT of Delhi. This is a multi-speciality hospital catering to patients of all medical and surgical specialties, AYUSH outpatient services, F-ART centre and DOTS centre with a special mention of the following services:

  • Fully equipped 08 bedded adult ICU
  • Inborn NICU services with ventilator support
  • Adolescent de-addiction services as per directions of H’nble High Court
  • Dialysis unit for out patients on PPP mode
  • Multi-specialty OT services

This hospital provided holistic care to corona positive patients from 2nd June, 2020 to 13th February 2021.

The vision of the hospital is to provide quality health care services free of cost with compassion and courtesy to everyone in need, irrespective of their social and economic states and in all the specialties in a harmonious atmosphere to every section of society especially the under privileged through this 200 bedded hospital, whereby quality to be ensured by close monitoring, constant feedback from the people and regular CMEs for the staff. 

  • Promote preventive services for the people of community. 
  • Educating the beneficiaries about holistic health care. 
  • Provide health care at par with the best health facilities.  Achieving it through humble behavior, good communication prompt intervention and maintaining punctuality. 
  • Treat patients on evidence based medicine.  The vision is also to provide need based services and regular training to keeps the knowledge of the staff up to date by regular training. 
  • Hoping for positive and good response from community. 


Hospital is responsible for providing quality medical services to people in its catchment area and ensuring that basic amenities listed below are available: -

  4. Comfortable sitting arrangement
  5. Adequate illumination
  6. Proper signage system
  7. IEC activates for patients and visitors through all possible means above all the courteous behavior of staff are very important.
